Netflix’s teen drama series “Outer Banks” is returning for its third season with a whole host of new characters to contend with. Returning Characters
The main characters, John B Routledge and Sarah Cameron, played by Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline, respectively, will reprise their roles and will be on the run. Other returning series regulars are Madison Bailey (Kiara Carrera), Jonathan Daviss (Pope Heyward), and Rudy Pankow (JJ Maybank). The trio will be dealing with their own issues at home, where they uncover a new secret. Other actors who are expected to return to the franchise are Austin North, Charles Esten, and Carlacia Grant, who play Topper Thornton, Ward Cameron, and Cleo, respectively. Drew Starkey also returns in the role of Rafe Cameron.
New Characters
Andy McQueen, Fiona Palomo, and Lou Ferrigno Jr. have signed on for the newest episodes. McQueen will play Carlos Singh, described as “a smart yet ruthless Caribbean Don on a treasure hunt of his own.” Palomo will play a new Pogue named Sofia, who is secretly hoping to one day make it as a Kook. Ferrigno Jr. will play Singh’s top security guard and enforcer named Ryan, who is said to be “young and hungry” for success.

Season 4 Renewal
Netflix has already confirmed that “Outer Banks” has been renewed for a fourth season, despite Season 3 having just been released. The announcement was made at a fan event for the show named Poguelandia. The showrunners, Jonas Pate, Josh Pate, and Shannon Burke, expressed their gratitude for the fans’ support and excitement for the new season.
